Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skillwire website (skillwire.ai) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

"Skillwire" refers to the website skillwire.ai, operated by Alessandro Di Grazia.

"Skills" refers to the digital products sold on Skillwire, consisting of structured knowledge packages (ZIP files containing Markdown, Python, and other text files) designed for use with Claude by Anthropic.

"Merchant of Record" refers to Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which handles all payment processing, tax collection, and financial compliance on behalf of Skillwire.

"User" refers to any person who accesses the Skillwire website or purchases a product.

Products and Delivery

All products sold on Skillwire are digital goods. Each skill is delivered as a ZIP file containing text-based files (Markdown, Python, and configuration files).

Delivery is immediate. After a successful purchase, you will receive a download link via email. There is no physical shipment involved.

Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, currency conversion, invoicing, and tax compliance.

Prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location.

Skillwire does not store any payment information. All financial transactions are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.

License and Usage

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for your own professional or personal purposes.

The license is per-person, not per-device. You may install and use the skill on as many of your own devices as needed.

You may modify the skill files for your personal use. However, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the skill files (modified or unmodified) with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All skills sold on Skillwire are the intellectual property of Skillwire and/or their respective creators. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

The Skillwire name, logo, and website design are proprietary. You may not use them without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Skillwire does not guarantee that any skill will produce specific results, be error-free, or be suitable for your particular use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillwire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
