Digital Products Policy

All products sold on Skillwire are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase via email download link. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

We encourage you to read the skill detail page carefully, including the description, specifications, and FAQ sections, before making a purchase.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can occur. We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Technical issue: A technical problem prevented you from downloading the product, and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Wrong product delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@skillwire.ai within 14 days of your purchase.

Please include your order number (from the Lemon Squeezy confirmation email), the product name, and a brief description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
